The price for the raw cellar starts at 10.000,- Euro and if you chose the solution of letting Carlo Garn take care of every thing including dicking, transport of cellar, decorating and installing of racks the price could add up to at least 100.000,- Euro depending on where you live ect.
An external wine cellar is the investment worth because you house value increases along with the investment. Stones for wall and staircase are build by an entrepreneur in close dialog with the customer. If or when the house are put up for sale the external wine cellar is a big asset for new potential client.
